phpBB 2 forums? question

how easy or hard is it to set up the phpBB 2 forums? please let me know. thanks.

It's extremely easy. You just create a database (you probably already have one created), upload the phpbb files, then run the install program. Phpbb comes with documentation that says how to install it. Then you can download skins to change the look of the board. As far as a custom theme for your board, I think phpbb is more complicated than others. There are too many variables to manage and changing many them won't show their results right away. Personally, I prefer using Invision Board. It's just as good, has the same features, and it easier to configure (in my opinion).

Invision has some GREAT features.... we're gonna be beta testing a newer, fresher copy of phpBB here... should be spiffy from what I've seen so far!
