migrating databases

hi all-
im a cpanel veteran, but have never used ensim. WHat would be the best way to transfer all my databases from cpanel on another server to hostpc?

missed you on AIM...let me try to help here

dump your current databases to your harddrive
use your ftp to upload it into the 'mainwebsite_html' directory
make sure the file you upload has the extension '.import'
that is DOT import
for example the database dump is called 'yourdomain' so you rename it to 'yourdomain.import'
once you have it in the directory on your hostpc website..log into your control panel
click 'database management'
click 'database-o-matic'
click 'import a mysql dump into a databsase'

follow the directions and you have just imported your data into your database here at hostpc
