Later today, we'll be unveiling a multiple domain account.
What IS a multiple domain account? Here's some Q&A:
Q: What benefits will I get with a multi domain account -v- a reseller account.
A: MultiDomain accounts will receive Tech Support from HostPC for EACH domain whereas a reseller account only receives basic support - it's their responsibility to support their customers. With the MultiDomain (non reseller package) HostPC provides the support.
Q: Does this mean I can host several domains in one "package" without having to have a seperate account for each?
A: Yes - thats exactly what it means.
Q: Will I save money using the MultiDomain package?
A: We're still working out pricing, and allowances for the accounts, but we're confident that we'll have a good price point for this option. If you have more than 2 domains, you'll definately save money.
Q: Why are you doing this?
A: We've had SEVERAL requests to offer this type of hosting service. At least a couple times a week we're getting requests like this. Most people aren't using the allowances in a starter package, and want to share the resources between a couple/3/5 domains - this will solve that problem.
Q: I recently signed up for the "2 for 1" sale. Can I carry these balances over to the new account ?
A: New clients that signed up for the 2 for 1 sale can get their allowances "doubled" ... from the current 2/1 package pricing. You will transfer to double the "Multiple Domain" package. You're really gonna be better off staying on the package you've got - this new design is to attract new clients, and won't be significantly beneficial to existing clients who got in on our 2 for 1 sale.
