i think i understand what your asking...so let me answer this way...if not..just reply

Small Reseller 600 megs space 8000 megs bw 20 sites

you can divide the space and bw between 20 sites or you can use 3 sites and divide the space and bw between only 3....
you cant allocate more than 600 megs of space or allocate more than 8000 megs of bw
