Users on www11 should notice a significant improvement in service beginning this evening, and getting progressively better over the next 24-48 hours.
A large customer who had overgrown shared hosting has been moved to another dedicated server here at HostPC... their performance will increase, as will other users.
This happened because of a sudden sure in the popularity of their site - it can happen to anyone, and when it does, we try to accomodate them the best we can, and continue to help them grow with us.
