Ensim notoriously is AWFUL with Majordomo support, as several of you have realized.
We've FINALLY found a GREAT alternative for your mailing lists:

It's the ListMessenger program, which runs a great mailing list. From their site:
ListMessenger is a web-based mailing list manager written in PHP. ListMessenger was written to help effectively keep in contact with your subscribers.
ListMessenger is still in development (0.9.4) and as a development release ListMessenger is free to use. The final version 1.0 may have a charge for the Pro version; although there will always be a light version of the project for people to use at no cost.
It's worth checking out!!
