The WWW18 server was denying access to some customer's sites for an as yet undetermined amount of time this morning. Several customers reported the issue, but the issue was not detected by our monitoring service.

The server was rebooted about 15 minutes ago and access appears to have been restored.

We are continuing to investigate and will update this thread when/if the cause is determined.

Also associated with the issue on this server was a customer report of being able to send, but not receive email.
