Email Question

Is it possible to setup an email user along with an alias? My goal is to have an email account for a user that can be used with outlook, while at the same time forwards a copy of the message to a hotmail account.

Yes, it is possible. First create a standard user account, for example, canes3. Then go to the Alias window and create an alias called canes3. Select canes3 from the Forward To: listbox and type the hotmail address (eg. canes3@hotmail.com) into the Forward To:(outside of domain): box.

Now, whenever some sends email canes3@yourdomain.com, it will be placed in your canes3 account AND forwarded to your hotmail account.
