After 4 months hosting here with nary a glitch, I just had my first very minor support issue. I posted my help desk ticket a few minutes after Midnight Eastern and Nick had an answer for me within 4 minutes!
Since I knew my issue was low priority and actually turned out to be a non-issue, I was doubly impressed to get such good help so promptly. It's reassuring to know that quality help is there if we need it. Thanks, guys!
