We're working on an issue with www21.
One customer has a runaway process that we're trying to get under control - I'll update when we have it stabilized.

As of 11:30AM Eastern time, we have turned off the Apache web server portion of this server as part of our troubleshooting effort. This admittedly drastic measure leaves the server temporarily unable to serve up web pages, but it is also helping to prevent an immediate hardware failure from the numerous reboots we've had to do this morning as a result of the runaway process. No other functions have been affected.
We urge www21 customers to download ALL mail from the server, and run backups if you can. This server MAY be headed for a serious hardware failure.
The issues with www21 are ongoing and severe, so Joe has decided to move all customers off of the www21 server TODAY.
It appears to be headed for a catastrophic failure, so this is an emergency shutdown.
Customers on www21 will be contacted by email with details of the move. The move will involve resetting DNS records if your domain name is registered somewhere other than HostPC.

Email just sent to all affected customers:
Today, the server your website is on experienced a hard drive failure. This is our first failure in over 18 months.
We were able to retrieve full backups of your websites, and they have been restored on a NEW server, with the "latest and greatest". All aspects of your accounts were restored to the new server as with data that was collected about 3pm ET.
Since we had to move you to a new server, we MUST have you update your DNS, IMMEDIATELY.
Your new DNS is:
ns30a.hostpc.com
ns30b.hostpc.com
You can login to your registrar (where you registered it) and make the changes - they should take between 10-60 minutes to resolve.
If you registered at hostpc.com - login at http://www.hostpc.com/ click on Domain Registration / Management and update DNS there.
There are other flash demos on updating your DNS at popular registrars here: http://hostpc.com/content/view/142/2/
Please make these changes immediately so your site will resolve for everyone correctly.
Thank you - and we're sorry for the inconvenience.

.
All user sites have been restored to the new server, without incident. Please just update DNS - and everyone will be set.
Again, thank you for your patience.
Joe
