Folks in the datacenter are looking at the issue now - we hope to have it resolved shortly.

I'd like to thank the HostPC staff for dealing with this so efficiently. My site was down for several hours, but was brought completely back up from the staff's hard work. I'd guess everybody on this server experienced the same good service.

Staff spent 12 hours moving users data today. Normally we don't do this, and would have each reseller move his/her data, but Joe felt that this was a unique situation that needed to be done as quick as possible. Was not an easy task to move an entire server of reseller in half a day. :)

My move of all my domains (50+) was a piece of cake - because I pay for daily backups. I am SOOOOO glad I started that service this past summer!

Kudos to all at HostPC.com!

I don't see daily backups listed on the Order Extras page... how much?

I woke up at 8 am on Sunday and saw a message from joe from 4 pm saying he was working on this problem! I hope he got some sleep last night :)
