Joe:

As soon as the plans are worked out, we'll be addressing SLA's and credits to user accounts to compensate you for the time we were offline.

JustClem:
Joe, I would also like to add my thanks for your efforts.
Whatever "credits" for downtime you are planning, can we just donate them back (i.e., not accept them)? I just have two personal sites hosted with you and would rather have you recoup some of your unexpected costs than to give me any kind of credit.

caddickj:
Yeah, I second that one.
I've got nothing of importance that would justify a credit in this instance.
I third this idea and thought I would post a new entry here for anyone else who might want to join in so that Joe can keep track of those of us who want any potential credits to our accounts donated back to him; if for nothing else for his lack of sleep. haha
Anyone interested can just post here and that way Joe has all of the names in one hat so as not to have to go searching through a long thread when he really doesn't have the time.

I would also like any credit that would be given to be donated back to Joe and the techs who helped out with all of this.

Smiles,
Lana

Yeah, if it was Joe's fault, that would maybe be one thing, but it wasn't, Joe shouldn't be made to pay for somebody else's screw up. I agree with the above.

Jeezuz, now how many hosts have going on 2 days of downtime and still can feel the love, eh?

Hahaha Dan.

You know what they say . . . "What goes around comes around".

This is a good example of it for a change.

Me sixth (or something like that).

Joe, and the rest of the HostPC staff, can keep my credit. You deserve it for all of your hard work during this time.

Thanks again to everyone at HostPC, and espically Joe for flying to Florida to get this resolved.

Joe, take what you were gonna give back and take your wife out to dinner...or, maybe order in ;) ;) ;)

Dan, you must have some big hosting going on to be able to get dinner on that credit.
My credit.... let's see... 3 host packages $39 each * 3/365...... 96 cents!
That won't even get his wife a burger at Mc'D's $1 menu!
( and I just used $39 as an example....one plan is retro $15 , and I exaggerated the outage to 3 days!)

Joe your welcome to my credit too. :P
Aren't I generous?
