Hostpc Blocking Mail From My Friend?

When a friend of mine tries to send mail to my server at home (set as primary in MX records), he get an "Error 550: Authentication required" message in his NDR.

Using SMTPDIAG to try and figure out the problem, it says mail.cabuzzi.com at HostPC is rejecting the e-mail, even though it's set as secondary in my MX records.


Here is what SMTPDIAG says:
