What does "account remain active" mean?

Hi!

I am currently using another Web Host, but I'd like to switch to HostPC. What do I need to do to keep my account active? just pay my bill? It may be a couple of months before I can move my site over. Do I need to be actively maintaining a site to keep the $25/year deal?
