Routing Issue

We're experiencing a routing issue in the Verio connection at the datacenter.

The tech team in Boca is working on the situation now and should have us back up VERY quickly.

What are the symptoms of this routing problem?

I have a form that sends me an email. This morning, my users are getting an error. My troubleshooting points to the failure of the form to connect to the SMTP server.

could very will be a symptom of our routing problem; give it some time and it should be working, if not submit another ticket and we will look into it.

or your ISP is blocking your use of port 25.. i know my ISP blocks my use of port 25 (try using 2525)

if you want to check try telnetting to mail.yourdomain.com 25.. if you get a connection refused it means your ISP is blocking 25; then you can try telnet mail.yourdomain.com 2525

Had trouble poping mail from www26 at 8:15 AM , but all is fine since 8:45.
