We don't use the email that comes with DirectAdmin, but are taking advantage of the forwarders. The problem is that occasionally the forwarders stop working for whatever reason. This causes a big problem because people think we've changed our email address or just get generally confused.
It has been happening a lot lately as in only about 50% of the emails are forwarded on. I have a ticket with this problem (ticket #9733). The ticket was placed on hold and there doesn't seem to be a user option to move it back to open. I consider this a big problem though since mail being returned to sender causes all sorts of confusion.
For example, we have myname@mydomain.com forwarding to anothername@gmail.com. Today I sent 3 emails to this address and 2 have been returned (1 got through early, since then it is down).
Any help is MUCH appreciated.
EDIT: to elminate confusion the ticket is under username thejarvii. I must've registered with two usernames over the past few years, and the cookies (forum login, ticket login) aren't in sync.
