My emails to a client are bouncing, due to "IP Blacklisted in RBL dnsbl.njabl.org"

199.237.53.20 is listed as an open relay in dnsbl.njabl.org.

199.237.53.20 resolves to www23.hostpc.com

This IP has been removed via our web form 2 times. It was last removed 2006-01-16 02:34:48. It was last tested 2006-01-16 07:30:59.

Had a similar problem back in January with www29. Put a ticket in helpdesk, and Joe was able to "fix" it with help from the DA people after some discussion about open relays. It hasn't been relisted since.

I would suggest a helpdesk ticket. We had one client that was blocking all email based on this one list.
