As I wrote to all users on www21 earlier today, we've backed up all your data and moved it to a newer, more "current" server.

If your nameservers were

ns21a.hostpc.com / ns21b.hostpc.com

you MUST update your DNS to:

ns45a.hostpc.com / ns45b.hostpc.com

This needs to be done immediately as www21 will be taken out of service in the next few days.

If you have any questions about this, please open a helpdesk ticket at http://helpdesk.hostpc.com

Joe, thanks for your efforts.
When logging in to www45 I noticed that it is at DirectAdmin v1.26.2.
www21 is at v1.26.4
is the downgrade on purpose?

No, merely an oversight... it's updating now to the current version.

Is it just me? I can't get IMAP mail to work now that this move occured.

It appears that SMTP works, but remote IMAP mail (as well as server webmail) does not work.

I opened a help desk ticket, but wondering if I'm the only (lucky) one?

I'm having the same problem.
I can get Squirrel to work if I open it from the DA control panel.
Any luck on your ticket?
update: dropped in at irc and they have it working now!

They have it fixed now! :)

But I did receive an email from my DA panel:

A new message or response with subject:

URGENT - Final Notice to all www21 clients

has arrived for you to view.
Follow this link to view it:

But when I clicked on the link and signed into my control panel, it said I don't have premission to view that ticket!

Oh well! I guess it can't be that important if I don't have permission to read it! :P

Ignore that email - it was sent out incorrectly. It merely said it was a final notice - we'll be shutting down that server Saturday and replacing drives and will recycle it in the future as a new server number.
