SquirrelMail Attachment IMAP Error

I can receive attachments in outlook w/ no problem. However, when I try to download an attachment (under 100k) through the web, SquirrelMail hangs for about a 30 seconds, and when I download the file I get the following error:

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.
Query: FETCH 394 BODY[2]


I found some info here, but i'm hesitant to mess with it if i am not sure:

Anyone else experiencing this? Any remedies or alternatives?

Open a helpdesk ticket with the above (include what server you are on).

I seem to have an attachment problem w/ Webmail. They work w/ Squirrelmail. Locks up the webmail and have to close out, I cna go into Squirrelmail and delete the email w/ an attachment and then webmail works.

No one in the forum is going to be able to help you with these kinds of issues...open up a support ticket and give full details, along with login info for the mailbox in question.
