Received this email from a customer - and I was given permission to post it here:



I am glad to be signed up for a hosting package with you guys for another year.

I know there was alot of confusion and I had a ticket open and all MY confusion was cleared up. I just have alot on my plate here at home and I also work. I think that was the REAL problem (hehe!)

Anyway I wrote to you privately because I wanted to tell you something.

The person that handled almost all my questions on the helpdesk tickets was Todd W.

I wanted you to know that he was very helpful courteous and responded quickly with GOOD INFORMATION.

This is so important as I work in a CSR position for a large insurance company. I would say more than half my calls are because someone else did not give the correct response the first time the member called.

I wanted to tell you that Todd rocked and HostPC rocks as a team.

I know that my usage of hosting services I have and have had had with you is not smoking your servers but even so when I have an issue it is handled as if I was some big corp customer-- with swiftness and accuracy and priority.
