Problem is a bug in DA..not sure what it is, but it's a simple fix. Only thing is you can't fix it yourself, we have to do it. It's really just a permission thing.
Just open a ticket and tell the techs you need to have the permissions on the following directory change to "711"
/etc/virtual/yourdomain.com/majordomo
(where "yourdomain.com" is, well, Your Domain name...duh...lol)
For some reason, some accts get created with 700..which isn't gonna work.
