We're experiencing a mysql issue on www28 ... if you've got a website there that isn't behaving correctly, please open a helpdesk ticket and we'll get you setup on a new server asap.

Problem corrected. Outdated PEAR module was causing the issue from the looks of it. Once it was upgraded, PHP compiled normally and sites that were having issue are appearing to work normally again.
