Hello,
As part of our goal of keeping our customers on the the latest high speed equipment, your account is due to be moved to a new server. We would like to do this over this weekend with your cooperation. We will backup, move, and restore your data. We will even update the DNS settings if it's a domain name registered through us.
For high traffic sites with message boards and such it is recommended that you shut the board down before the backup to avoid any data loss.
If you could reply to this email or join us in or live support area we can make work together to make the move as smooth as possible.
Our goal is to have all sites moved by Saturday night to enusre everything is up and running for the coming week.
