We're experiencing a drive issue with www44 currently.

We're working on capturing the backup data from the drive, and at the same time restoring drive functionality. It's not a hard crash, data should be fine - and mail should be in que for the users on this server.

I'll update more as soon as possible.

Data center is investigating right now, it's running a file system check ... we'll have resolution soon.

Server is currently doing an extensive FSCK (File system check) ... everything is looking "good" - so I'm anticipating a full recovery shortly.

Server is back online - drive is fine, just didn't like a root script that was running and it turned the system into a read-only drive :eek:

It's been remounted correctly and everything appears fine. Tomorrow we'll double check everything - while overnight a fresh backup will be running - which we'll transfer off to another server, as always.

The mail que is restarting. There's probably some messages still floating in cyberspace, they'll re-que overnight and it should be back to normal by morning.

My apologies for the downtime - hardware issues suck :( Fortunately, it doesn't happen often.
