We've discovered an issue with our new billing system that doesn't exactly thrill me... but we need to address it.
If you're on Paypal, recurring monthly subscriptions, the new billing program will require you to log in MONTHLY to view and approve your charge. It does NOT happen automatically.
This kind of defeats the purpose of why we chose this billing package in the first place, but none the less, it has some nice features.
If you're using monthly recurring billing and are using our new system, we can fix this. We need you to contact us, we'll give you a direct link to Paypal or Paysystems that will bill you automatically every month, so you don't need to log in monthly.
I'm sorry for this inconvenience - we'll work the bugs out of this system sooner or later - ClientExec has promised a "fix" for this later this year.
