Run server maintenance on an internationel schedule?

Can you place accounts to match time differences so that maintenance does not occur at a critical time periods (9-5 client time). ??

Backups are a necessity but they do run over a period. Can the scripts be set so that they run on low usage times on a global basis rather than locally. A 12 hour flip flop should do it.

We don't have enough european customers to warrant backups being done on that box at a time thats convenient for them. If we did, I'd be all for it.. but for now, we need to do what best suits a majority of the clients, and that means backups on US time zones.
