Where are working on some issues with www5 and www39. We will continue to update this thread as we make progress.

www5 appears to back to normal. If you should have any problems with www5 at this point please submit a helpdesk ticket.

We have startedcreating accounts on 53. If you havn't had one setup for you please submit a helpdesk ticket.

This is referring to uses on 39, not 5. We need to get EVERYONE off 39...it's beyond saving at this point and needs to be scratched, reformated and OS reloaded. (I hate weekends like this..lol).

We have created new accounts for you on www53. You should have received new welcome emails. If you did not, check your junk/bulk folder. it is in you and your clients best interest to move off as soon as possible. I estimate we will be shutting down that server in a weeks time.

We also urge you to impress upon your clients how important it is to make sure they are using the latest version of any application they may have installed.
