How to use my CredibleHost Back to restore Email Accounts

I have the back up of my credible host account. Now that I am on Host PC using Direct Admin, How do I restore my email.

I have recreated the email accounts, so they are functioning. But How do I take the DB's and reload the old inboxes, sents, address boxes, etc. from the backup files.

If you were on Melody and still have the backups, you may try restoring these. In my case however, only the mail accounts and settings were restored, the content was not. I did not really try hard, you may have better luck.
