I have had 2 websites down since Friday with no response from the 24 hour Support team. I have opened tickets and sent emails and have not received an answer from anyone. This is the kind of service (or lack thereof) that Bonnie from CredibleHost was providing and I hope this is just an exception and not what I should expect. I don't know what else to do as it has already been 3 days without any help.

We sent notice to all customers several times... and posted publically that we were taking cpanel servers offline: http://www.hostpc.com/community/showthread.php?t=2765

We've received no tickets, or emails from you - or anyone concerning this, except one customer 2 days ago, who was already setup.

I did receive that email about cpanel and opened a ticket about switching over and was suppose to have both of my sites setup which never happened. Here is the ID#

Then on Friday I opened another ticket again about having both sites swithed over since they both were down:
Tracking Key..: HostPC-131

I emailed twice on Friday and once this morning to support@hostpc.com. The subject headings were 'Re: Urgent Notice from HostPC' and 'Website has been down since Friday -Need help now'.

Please help.

I'm very sorry to hear that your site is down, however we have been dealing with several major hacking attemps this weekend and currently the helpdesk is down, and was down most of the weekend.You need to order new DA service via our homepage and we will get you setup on one of our DA servers. We gave a months notice, and the thread crearly said you needed to signup for new service as old CH billing was no longer applicable. Order a nnew package from our site, come into irc and let us know your old username and we can convert your backup, and then you will be up and running.
