I like it but the page does not render properly in Fire Fox. All of the following all shows up in the bottom border. Also you might want to have different color on the blue type, as when it runs over the border it cannot be read.

I forgot to mention your house is beautiful! Rates seem very cheap as well. I hope to be in Maui this fall. My brother lives there and I get to stay with him for free. I love the Islands and hope to move there some day. Once my children get a bit older.
