SquirrelMail version 1.4.9a

We used to have SquirrelMail version 1.4.9a on the www5 server. Now that we switched to www90, we only have SquirrelMail version 1.4.8. Can we get the new server to upgrade to version 1.4.9a? Also users used to be able to change their password on the SquirrelMail log on page but not anymore. Is that a plugin or something missing? Thanks.
