We're experiencing some significant packet loss at the Boca Raton datacenter.
There are only a small handful of servers left there at this time, so this only affects a small portion of our customer base - however it's still an issue.
I've been in touch with the datacenter owners - they're aware of the issue, and have contacted Bell South for resolution. As soon as the BS link is stabilized we'll work on moving the rest of the clients as requested to the new datacenter.
