I see a deal for new hosting at hostpc.com and check it out. It's a little better than my current plan and so I start thinking about how to upgrade.
Figured I'd post it in the forums but alas my forum account is restricted for some reason. Bummer.
While playing around with the site and forums, I backup my site to see what the fuss is about and end up over my quota. Doh. Then I check my email at my site to see if I've gotten a password notification or forum registration there and my inbox is gone. Wierd.
Queue up a helpdesk ticket for all 3 problems (no forum account, how do I upgrade and where's my email).
Within 45mins, I get a 2-for-1 deal on my account and my storage space and bw is doubled. My email problem is resolved (not sure how, but it was) and the backup problem is taken care of because of the 2-for-1 deal. My forum account is activated (duh) and I'm a happy customer. What more can I ask for? $2mil?
Needless to say, hostpc does it again and provides me with outstanding service despite my better attempts at mucking up my site. Thanks again fellas. :thumbUP :love
