i've looked around DA, but I just don't see where to create a catch all. Any help would be appreciated.
Login to the DA control panel
Under email management
Catch-All E-Mail
Thanks,
Nick

The only things listed in Email Management are the following:
E-Mail Accounts
Forwarders
Autoresponders
Vacation Messages
Spamassassin Setup
Mailing Lists
SPAM Filters
Webmail: Squirrelmail
Webmail: UebiMiau
MX Records
???
It should be between E-Mail accounts and Forwarders
Might open a helpdesk ticket for faster response on your question
Thanks,
Nick

I am not seeing the Catch All Email option in Direct Admin either. I know it was there before. Could the recent update to DA have removed this option?

After:

If that is the case .. the server I'm on hasn't been updated. I checked it again before replying the last time.

If I go there I get the message:
Catch-All Email addresses have been disabled on this account.
So,
Why has this been disabled?

Same here...and I'm a new user so I am getting confused. I've handed out several generic address (anything@mydomain.com) for folks (surveys, etc) so I could filter them when needed. Now that I've switch over to hostpc.com it seems like all those EMails will get rejected.

Is there any reason why the Catch All option has been disabled? Should I open a helpdesk ticket?

It's been disabled due to the fact that most people route it to a mailbox they rarely check and its bogs down the servers to have to handle the extra messages the server would otherwise just drop. unfortunately its one of the many changes we have had to make to make the servers usable for all. If you really can't just use forwarders to do what you need, then please open a ticket and joe will consider the request.
