We're experiencing an unknown issue with the apache compiler... all hands are in working on the issue till it's resolved.

An error overnight brought a sleepless night to our staff working on the problem. Finally, with DirectAdmins help we were able to isolate and fix the problem. Apache wasn't able to handle enough file descriptors to open the logging, thus wouldn't start up properly.
