Link to Boca showing latency

For approximately the last hour or two, I've been in touch with the datcenter concerning latency issues with the Boca Raton datacenter. The link from Boca to Fort Lauderdale is showing some as of yet unknown issues. They're working on the issue down there, and with the vendors to correct the situation. All hands are on deck in the datacenter to resolve this ASAP.

This only affects a small number of our servers (4 I believe) and a small number of dedicated servers.

They should have this issue corrected soon.

We've been able to confirm and provide conclusive proof to Bellsouth thhat they are the source of the packets that are being dropped. We are escalating this to senior management levels on their side to get action taken.

This issue is resolved.

Over the next couple of days/week I will be contacting each dedicated server client to arrange for a physical move of servers to Ft. Lauderdale. This will involve some downtime, as well as IP reassignments.

If you own a dedicated server - and it's in the Boca facility, please contact us if you dont hear from us, soon, so we can arrange the move with you.
