A junk mail (I don't like to call it Spam so I don't degrade the fine reputation of the Hormel Meat Co,) filtering company, Senderbase, has Bocacom.net LLC ,Name servers NS5.BOCACOM.NET, NS6.BOCACOM.NET listed as a "Netural" location. I'm not sure if anything can reasonably be done to get off the list. If it takes more than 5 minutes of effort, it's not worth it to me.
I guess their subscribers can adjust their settings to allow or reject mail from sites listed as neutral.
