Clients have asked Joe to implement a FAQ for HostPC. In return Joe has asked me to implement this as part of our support department. I have started work on this project, but it is no where complete. However, with people moving over to DirectAdmin, I wanted to open it up and share some of the things I have learned so far about DA. In return I would like some feedback on my progress so far, as well as what you think needs to be there. The customer feedback will be what drives this FAQ to be the best possible.
