After the Catastrophic Crash of Ought-Eight, I noticed the mySQL server was not responding on my site vcsb.com. I waited and tried again about 15 minutes later, and when it didn't fix itself (as it usually did), I opened a Support Ticket. Your extremely expedient response got everything back on track, with an offer to move to a newer server.

With just a few simple steps, I was moved to the new server. With just a little bit more assistance, my DNS was changed (registered the name through HostPC/Yareo).
