Glenn-
Perhaps you could work on the header image? It seems a bit "weird" as though one is looking at something in a fun-house mirror.

Looks nice, but yeah, the fuzzy filter on the image is distracting I think a sharper image would be nice.
Poor guy, looks 40 pounds heavier in the top picture.
Unless this is one of those diet pill sites! Before and after pictures:eek:
Site looks nice though.

I really appreciate it, I'm searching for the solution to the header image, I think I need to complete a frame around it and then resize it to the correct image size, to reduce the distortion when re-sizing the photo.
The distortion is the reason I put the filter on, At the time I thought the filter was less distracting then the distortion, but that is also the reason I put the full photo on the same page, it is evidently important to see how the horse holds the legs and hooves, and the header image doesn't accomplish that by itself.
The client wants that image as the header, so I need to have a way to make it work and where it doesn't make him look heavier, . .. at least with the real picture there, his clients know his true reflection.
Frames? other feedback?
thanks again!

:) Thank you all for the feedback. I've updated the header with a boxed frame on the sides, then bled the wording into the frame to get the aspect ratio right, and I had to modify the color of the logo to get it to show up against the horse.
I think this is definitely better than before. I left the filter off now that I got rid of the distortion, from resizing the image.
