I did not see perl mentioned in the hosting features. Is it included? I found some very old posts while searching the forum, so not sure if they are still valid. I was looking for the economy plan to start with.
What version of perl is available?

No, Perl / CGI is not available on the Economy package.

CGI is supported on our Budget, Business and Reseller packages only.
