Support Ticket Captch Lame

I submitted a support ticket at support.yareo.net and the form asked me to enter a "security code" because "this is required to prevent automated submissions."

Please turn this off. If I am already logged in that should be enough. If you've got customers that use bots to open support tickets, it should be easy enough to deal with them.

As captcha's go, this is, by far, the easiest to read of any I've seen. Is it that big of a deal?

The captcha is hard coded into WHMCS - not something we can alter.
