Is Site Zen Instant included with all the packages?

I am not sure I understand, it says that Site Zen instant is available for all the web hosting plans and that one can upgrade to the Pro version. Does this mean that the Site-Zen Instant is free with all plans? The links for the online demo seems to be dead...

Zen is not included in any packages - there's a licensing issue with the author that we haven't been able to resolve.
