I never had a problem with HostPC until now !
Why were 2 support tickets closed with no explanation at all ?

This was regarding the $34.99 credit in my a/c that was reported as a mistake by me but later found that it wasn't because of a paypal-subscription that I wasn't aware of.

You guys just closed the tickets without responding or refunding and even deleted one of my invoices !

I don't speak for HostPC (just a customer), so I can't really address what happened, but if you have a PayPal subscription that you want canceled, you can (I don't know if HostPC can do it) cancel your subscription.

This isn't really "Customer Feedback" - please just reopen your ticket and ask us to elevate it to higher support levels.

I did cancel the paypal-subscription - but after the automatic payment was made.

I did open a second ticket because the 1st one got closed. But the 2nd one was also closed without response. That's the reason why I had posted here.

Your issue is pending billing review ... they'll process it as soon as they can.
