The Helpdesk at http://helpdesk.hostpc.com/ is offline. Maybe you knew that already.

Helpdesk will be offline for some users as the slave DNS settings are confirmed and updated - other "anomolies" should clear in the next 12-36 hours - but have no bearing on customer sites.
