The authors of DA went to great efforts to create a COMPLETE helpsite for DirectAdmin. Since it's a new product, they wanted to be sure to document every feature for their users.

There's LOTS of GREAT information on these sites - probably with more answers than we can provide at this point. You'll notice that while we're all coming up to speed on DA, we'll be directing you to this site frequently. It's got the answers you're looking for - if it's been asked, they're probably there.
On the off chance it's not, be sure to open a helpdesk ticket. We'll be happy to help you out when we can. Due to the number of people moving to the new DA servers from Ensim, responses are a little more delayed than I'd like, but we do try to answer every ticket asap.
One other note. If you open a helpdesk ticket, when we respond, we respond IN the ticket. Please do NOT click REPLY to the e-mail notification you receive. Log back into the helpdesk and paste your followup there. Too many people are hitting "reply" when they get their ticket response - I wouldn't want to miss answering someone's questions.
Thanks for the great support you've shown us during this transition. We're working hard to ease the transition and provide a VERY stable, secure environment for our customers. Thanks for all your positive comments, and constructive ideas - they're ALL appreciated.
