We do a lot of our support work via IRC (Internet Relay Chat). It's live "conversations" directly with us. We can be fielding your questions and finding answers to questions while you wait. This is our preferred method of contact after the helpdesk.
To join us in IRC, we suggest a program like MIRC (for windows)
