Where can I find the FTP address for uploading files BEFORE the domain name resolves?

in your welcome mail, use the IP address - there is no "name" that you can go to...

Normally, I would. However, the default welcome email that is produced by DA for a reseller (I'm setting up my own domains right now under my reseller account) tell me to use "ftp.cphv.com" and I have not even changed the name servers with my registrar, so the domain hasn't resolved to that.

The IP address that is common to all domains under the reseller account does not work with the username/password combination for the domain. And, I haven't seen anything under the domain settings that would indicate a particular IP or :xxxx address.

Ok... that was weird, or maybe I was hallucinating because it was so late, but this morning it worked...
