Help Desk hours

My suggestion is really a request. Can you post your help desk hours for chat/phone on the Live Help (http://www.hostpc.com/live_help.php) page? On two occasions I've tried to get through on both phone and chat, and gotten no response. "Normal business hours" varies, especially across time zones. It's pretty frustrating to have the expectation of getting someone live and being met with silence.

Well, it's 9:15pm ET ... you just called, and I just answered.

But I'll talk to the powers that be and see what we can do about getting hours published.

Yeah, I caught the irony there. I actually didn't expect anyone to answer at that time, but figured "what the heck, I'll give it a shot." Couldn't get through in chat at 6-ish, though, which is what prompted the request. Given the late hours I'd been able to get help previously, it seemed like 6 was too early to not be able to get someone. If I'd have realized it was you on the phone last night I would have mentioned this (and personally thanked you for previous help).
