according to gallery, jhead is not installed (or I can't find it)...would it be possible to install it (or tell me where I can find it)?

I don't believe it comes with Gallery.. you can download it at the above URL

so I can add the binary to my account somewhere and point Gallery to it? that's excellent.

yeah.. I usually just make a jhead folder in the gallery folder.. don't forget to chmod the jhead file to make it executable.. 755 usually works..

thanks for leading me to that. what's funny is that when I went to download it, I realized I'd already downloaded it and stuffed a jhead folder in my gallery directory. I just re-configured and everything is fine.
